Diamond Power Infrastructure wins major conductor supply order from Adani Energy

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has announced a significant new order from Adani Energy Solutions Limited for the supply of 7,668 KM AL-59 Zebra Conductor. This substantial order for the Khavda Project is valued at ₹276,05,92,602, excluding tax. The company anticipates completing the execution of this order by November 23, 2026.

The contract was awarded to Diamond Power Infrastructure, a domestic entity, on a "Kms rate basis with PV Formulae." Neither the promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in Adani Energy Solutions Limited, and the transaction is confirmed not to fall under related party transactions, ensuring an arm's length dealing.

This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. The new order underscores Diamond Power Infrastructure's role as a key supplier in the energy infrastructure sector.
