AU Small Finance Bank allots shares after employee stock option exercises

AU Small Finance Bank Limited, on November 24, 2025, approved the allotment of 311,349 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10/- each. This allotment stems from the exercise of employee stock options under various ESOP plans, including 18,800 shares from ESOP 2016, 39,902 from ESOP 2018, 207,439 from ESOP 2020, and 45,208 from ESOP 2023.

The allotment will increase the bank's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 7,46,34,87,370 to Rs. 7,46,66,00,860. The decision was made during a nomination and remuneration committee meeting.
