Ashok Leyland schedules investor meetings with financial institutions

Ashok Leyland has scheduled two separate investor meetings in late November 2025. The first, on November 27, 2025 (Thursday), will be a physical meeting with "Various" funds and investors as part of the ICICI Securities Auto Tour. This session is slated to run from 12:00 to 13:00 hrs. IST at the Ashok Leyland Corporate Office in Guindy, Chennai. No presentation is intended for this meet.

The second engagement is scheduled for November 28, 2025 (Friday), as part of the BofA India Autos Boardroom Series. This virtual meeting, also with "Various" participants, will take place from 12:00 to 13:15 hrs. IST. Similar to the previous event, no presentation is intended. These investor interactions are being conducted in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
