Artson Limited secures ₹6.47 crore order from Tata Projects

Artson Limited, formerly Artson Engineering Limited, has received a purchase order valued at ₹6.47 crore, including taxes, from Tata Projects Limited (TPL). The order is for the supply of finished structures and is an item rate order, expected to be executed within four months.

This transaction was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company confirmed that TPL, the entity awarding the order, is a promoter/holding company, making this a related party transaction. Artson Limited stated that the transaction is in the ordinary course of business and conducted at "arm's length pricing."
