Time Exports increases stake in Time Technoplast to 47.49%

Time Exports Private Limited, a promoter of Time Technoplast Limited, disclosed the acquisition of 144,112 equity shares, representing a 0.03% stake, in Time Technoplast Limited. The purchase was executed on November 21, 2025, via the open market at an average price of INR 198.16 per share.

This transaction increased the total promoter group's holding in Time Technoplast to 234,432,220 shares, or 47.49% of the total share capital, up from 234,288,108 shares, or 47.46%, prior to the acquisition. The total equity share capital of Time Technoplast remains unchanged at 493,635,379.

The acquisition was made by Time Exports Private Limited, alongside other promoter entities including Vishwalaxmi Trading and Finance Private Limited and Time Securities Services Private Limited.
