Syncom Formulations acquires Mumbai property for ₹51.7 crore

Syncom Formulations (India) Limited disclosed on November 22, 2025, the acquisition of a commercial property from HDFC Bank Ltd. The company's bid for the property, described as material in nature, has been accepted.

The acquired property is the entire 3rd Floor of Trade Star, located on Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400059. The total payment made to HDFC Bank Ltd for this acquisition is ₹51,70,00,000, representing the full and final consideration.
