Shirdi Sai Electricals reduces pledged stake in Indo Tech Transformers

Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited (SSEL), a promoter entity, has disclosed the release of 1,175,000 equity shares of Indo Tech Transformers Ltd, following the full repayment of outstanding dues. This includes two separate releases: 425,000 equity shares previously pledged with SKS Fincap Private Limited, released on November 19, 2025, and 750,000 equity shares pledged with NM Finance & Investment Consultancy Ltd, released on November 20, 2025.

The first release of 425,000 shares represents 4.00% of Indo Tech Transformers' total share capital, reducing SSEL’s encumbered holding from 32.01% to 36.01% as of November 21, 2025. The second release of 750,000 shares, representing 7.06% of the total share capital, further reduces the encumbered stake.

Following these releases, SSEL’s total encumbered holding in Indo Tech Transformers stands at 31.93%, down from the previous 42.99%. The total voting capital remains at 75%, with the equity share capital before and after these transactions being 10,620,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
