GAIL announces government nominee director departure

GAIL (India) Limited, a Maharatna Company and Government of India Undertaking, announced the cessation of Ms. Kamini Chauhan Ratan as a government nominee director, effective November 22, 2025. Ms. Ratan departs from her directorship at the company.
