Avantel secures order for power amplifiers from Bharat Electronics

Avantel Limited has received a purchase order valued at Rs.8.03 Crores (excluding taxes) from M/s. Bharat Electronics Limited. The order, communicated via mail on November 22, 2025, is for the supply of power amplifiers. This domestic manufacturing contract is slated for execution by March 2026.

The transaction includes a performance bank guarantee of 5% and falls under the purview of domestic entities. The company confirmed that the order is not a related party transaction and was conducted at "arm's length."

This announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
