Authum investment completes acquisition of BIC Cello India

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited announced on November 22, 2025, the completion of its proposed acquisition of 100% shares in BIC Cello (India) Private Limited. This transaction follows an earlier announcement made on October 28, 2025, and marks a significant expansion for Authum.

As part of the acquisition, Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited purchased a total of 4,14,87,608 equity shares from the existing shareholders of BIC Cello.

With the completion of this transaction, Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited now holds 100% of the voting rights in BIC Cello. The company has formally requested that this development be recorded by both the BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
