Adani Commodities sells 7% stake in Adani Wilmar

Adani Commodities LLP (ACL) has disclosed the sale of 90,977,502 equity shares, representing 7% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of AWL Agri Business Limited (formerly Adani Wilmar Limited). The transaction was executed on November 21, 2025, through a bulk deal mechanism on the stock exchange.

Prior to the sale, ACL held 90,977,502 shares, constituting 7.00% of the total share/voting capital. This holding represented 6.97% of the diluted share/voting capital. Following the disposal, ACL's direct holding in AWL Agri Business Limited is now nil.

The equity share capital of AWL Agri Business Limited stands at INR 1,29,96,78,605 divided into 1,29,96,78,605 equity shares of INR 1/-. ACL confirmed that it remains part of the promoter/promoter group of the target company as of the sale date.
