United Spirits names Walker Chandiok & Co. new statutory auditors

United Spirits Limited's board of directors, acting on the audit committee's recommendation, has proposed the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as the company's new statutory auditors. This appointment is for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the 27th annual general meeting (AGM) in fiscal year 2026-27 until the 32nd AGM in fiscal year 2031-32. The appointment is contingent upon the completion of all regulatory compliances and shareholder approval at the upcoming 27th AGM.
