Speciality Restaurants establishes new UAE subsidiary for strategic investments

Speciality Restaurants Limited has incorporated Speciality Restaurants L.L.C-FZ, a wholly-owned subsidiary, in Meydan – Free Zone Dubai, UAE. The incorporation was confirmed on November 20, 2025, following an order from the Registrar of Companies of the Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai.

The newly formed subsidiary will act as an investment holding company, overseeing Speciality Restaurants Limited's strategic investments in Dubai, UAE. The acquisition involves a cash consideration of AED 1,00,000, representing 100% of the subsidiary's share capital, with 100 shares acquired at AED 1,000 each.

Speciality Restaurants L.L.C-FZ was incorporated on November 20, 2025, and is yet to commence business operations, with no turnover reported thus far. The incorporation is not classified as a related party transaction.
