Sical Logistics subsidiary opens Gati Shakti cargo terminal

Sical Logistics Limited has announced the commissioning of the Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal by its material subsidiary, Sical Multimodal and Rail Transport Limited. Southern Railway, Chennai division, approved the commissioning via an advance rate notification dated November 21, 2025. This development is expected to enhance Sical Logistics' capabilities and contribute to long-term revenue growth.

The new terminal, located at Anuppampattu village, near Ponneri, Tamil Nadu, is now set to commence commercial operations. The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with SEBI master circular dated November 11, 2024.
