Rachana Niraj Gemawat boosts stake in NINtec Systems

Rachana Niraj Gemawat, along with persons acting in concert (PAC), has disclosed an acquisition of 8,936 shares in NINtec Systems Limited. This transaction, conducted via an open market purchase on November 21, 2025, represents a 0.04% increase in their total shareholding.

Following this acquisition, Gemawat's total shareholding in NINtec Systems Limited has risen to 2,561,611 shares, equivalent to 13.78% of the company's total voting capital. Prior to this transaction, the holding stood at 2,552,675 shares, or 13.74%. The total equity share capital of NINtec Systems Limited remains at 18,576,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
