Platinum Industries promoter sells shares, reduces stake

Krishna Dushyant Rana, a promoter of Platinum Industries Limited, sold 79,107 equity shares of the company through an open market transaction on November 19, 2025. This disposal, made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, represents 0.14% of Platinum Industries' total share/voting capital.

Prior to the sale, Rana held 2,51,42,880 shares, accounting for 45.78% of the company's total voting capital. Following the transaction, his holding now stands at 2,50,63,773 shares, reducing his stake to 45.63%. The total promoter group holding, including Krishna Dushyant Rana, Parul Krishna Rana, and Geeta Dushyant Rana, decreased from 70.31% to 70.17% after the sale.

The total equity share capital of Platinum Industries Limited is stated as Rs. 54,92,48,730, comprising 5,49,24,873 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The disclosure was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
