Niral Enterprises encumbers SPML Infra shares

SPML Infra Limited has announced a disclosure from Niral Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. regarding the creation of an encumbrance over 1,568,003 shares, representing 2.17% of SPML Infra's total share capital. The encumbrance, a pledge, was made in favor of SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd on November 17, 2025, as per an MRA Agreement dated May 17, 2024, executed with NARCL ("The Lender").

Following this creation of encumbrance, Niral Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. now holds 75,911 shares, representing 0.11% of the total share capital, in favor of NARCL/SBICAP Trustee Co. Ltd. The post-event holding of encumbered shares for Niral Enterprises is 1,643,914 shares, or 2.27% of the total share capital.

The disclosure also highlights other promoters whose shares are encumbered. These include Subhash Chand Sethi, Sushil Kumar Sethi, and Suman Sethi, with respective encumbered share percentages of 2.14%, 1.88%, and 0.26%. Arihant Leasing and Holding Limited also has 0.61% of its shares encumbered.
