KNR Constructions secures major bridge project across Mir Alam Tank

KNR Constructions Limited, an infrastructure developer, has received a Letter of Acceptance from Musi Riverfront Development Corporation Limited for an iconic bridge construction project. The contract, valued at Rs. 3,19,24,61,409/- (Rupees Three Hundred Nineteen Crores Twenty-Four Lakhs Sixty-one Thousand Four Hundred and Nine Only) excluding GST, involves building a bridge across Mir Alam Tank. This bridge will connect Bengaluru National Highway at Shastripuram to Chintalmet, under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Mode.

The construction period for this substantial project is slated for 24 months. This new order underscores KNR Constructions' continued engagement in large-scale infrastructure development.

In a related disclosure, the company announced that its trading window for dealing in securities would be closed from November 21, 2025, to November 23, 2025, in adherence to the "KNRCL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading."
