Independent director steps down from Techno Electric board

Mr. Krishna Murari Poddar has resigned as an independent director of Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited, effective November 19, 2025. He will also no longer serve as chairman of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee or as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. His resignation is due to age-related ailments and other managerial and social commitments that prevent him from dedicating sufficient time to the role.

Mr. Poddar (DIN: 00028012) held a directorship in Ceeta Industries Ltd. at the time of his resignation. He confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his departure beyond those stated in his resignation letter.

The company has notified the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited of the change. This information is provided in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
