Genus Power Infrastructures’ credit ratings reaffirmed by CRISIL

Genus Power Infrastructures Limited announced on November 21, 2025, that CRISIL Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its credit ratings for the company's bank loan facilities and commercial paper program. The total bank loan facilities, enhanced from INR 3861.66 Crore to INR 4927 Crore, received a "CRISIL AA-/Stable" (Reaffirmed) rating for long-term facilities and "CRISIL A1+" (Reaffirmed) for short-term facilities.

The company's INR 100 Crore commercial paper program also received a "CRISIL A1+" (Reaffirmed) rating. This reaffirmation is based on information provided by the company and sources considered reliable by CRISIL Ratings.

According to CRISIL Ratings, securities with an A1+ rating are considered to have a very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations, carrying the lowest credit risk.
