Elevation Capital V reduces stake in One 97 Communications

Elevation Capital V Limited, acting in concert with SAIF III Mauritius Company Limited, SAIF Partners India IV Limited, and Elevation Capital V FII Holdings Limited, disclosed the disposal of 12,800,000 shares of One 97 Communications Limited on November 18, 2025. This transaction, executed through open market sales, represented a 2.00% reduction in their total voting capital in the target company.

Before the disposal, the entities collectively held 105,113,737 shares, amounting to 16.46% of One 97 Communications' total voting capital. Following the sale, their combined holding decreased to 92,313,737 shares, representing 14.45% of the total voting capital.

Specifically, SAIF III Mauritius Company Limited sold 8,370,120 shares, decreasing its stake from 10.76% to 9.45%. SAIF Partners India IV Limited disposed of 3,553,390 shares, moving from 4.57% to 4.01%. Elevation Capital V Limited sold 876,490 shares, reducing its holding from 0.52% to 0.38%, while Elevation Capital V FII Holdings Limited maintained its 0.61% stake.
