CM Airtime Promotion LLP increases stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP, identified as a promoter group entity, acquired 65,000 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. on November 19, 2025. This transaction, conducted via the open market, increased CM Airtime Promotion LLP's aggregate shareholding in the company to 513,073 equity shares.

Before this acquisition, CM Airtime Promotion LLP held 448,073 shares, representing 0.112% of the total share/voting capital. The latest purchase has raised its stake to 0.128% of the total diluted share/voting capital. The equity share capital of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. remains at 400,652,297 shares, valued at INR 4,00,65,22,970 both before and after the acquisition.
