Campus Activewear allots shares under employee stock option plans

Campus Activewear Limited has issued and allotted 58,138 fully paid-up equity shares to eligible employees who exercised options under the Campus Activewear Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 and the Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 - Vision Pool. This allotment, approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on November 21, 2025, includes 17,932 shares from the ESOP 2021 at an exercise price of ₹111.55 per share, 13,977 shares from the ESOP 2021 - Vision Pool at ₹197.16 per share, and 26,229 shares from the ESOP 2021 - Vision Pool at ₹5 per share.

Following this allotment, the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹1,52,73,60,970, comprising 30,54,72,194 equity shares, to ₹1,52,76,51,660, comprising 30,55,30,332 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company.

Additionally, the committee granted 5,317 options to one employee under the ESOP 2021 - Vision Pool, with an exercise price of ₹5 per option. These options will vest over four years, with 25% vesting annually from the grant date of November 21, 2025.
