Adani Green Energy forms two new subsidiaries for renewable expansion

Adani Green Energy Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited, has incorporated two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: Adani Hydro Energy Thirteen Limited and Adani Hydro Energy Sixteen Limited. The incorporation took place on November 21, 2025, with both entities registered in India.

Each new subsidiary has an authorised and paid-up capital of INR 100,000. Their primary objective is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell, and supply power or electrical energy using wind, solar, or other renewable sources. As of their incorporation date, both Adani Hydro Energy Thirteen Limited and Adani Hydro Energy Sixteen Limited are yet to commence business operations.

Adani Saur Urja (KA) Limited holds 100% of the share capital in both new subsidiaries, aligning with Adani Green Energy’s strategy to expand its renewable energy footprint.
