ACC appoints Rohit Soni as new CFO, Rakesh Tiwary transitions

ACC Limited announced a change in its chief financial officer (CFO) position, effective November 22, 2025. Rakesh Tiwary will relinquish his role as CFO and transition to a new position within the Adani portfolio of companies, effective from the close of business hours on November 21, 2025.

Succeeding Tiwary will be Rohit Soni, who previously served as CFO of Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL). Soni, a chartered accountant, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's General Management Program. He brings experience from ANIL, where he led financial strategy for green hydrogen and renewable energy initiatives since March 2024. Prior to that, he served as CFO at Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) from September 2021 to March 2024, raising equity funds and managing finances for over 60 subsidiaries.

The company's key managerial personnel (KMP) authorized to determine materiality of events now include Vinod Bahety as wholetime director and chief executive officer, Rohit Soni as chief financial officer, and Bhavik Parikh as company secretary and compliance officer.
