Zaggle partners with BIBA Fashion for Zoyer platform

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) announced on November 20, 2025, that it has entered into an agreement with BIBA Fashion Limited. This partnership involves Zaggle providing its Zaggle Zoyer Platform to BIBA Fashion Limited for a period of 36 months.

The agreement is classified as a domestic transaction and involves Zaggle providing its platform as a broad consideration. The order is an agreement and does not involve any related party transactions or interest from promoters or promoter groups.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. The agreement was executed by Avinash Ramesh Godkhindi, managing director and chief executive officer of Zaggle.
