Wipro allots over 100,000 equity shares from ESOP exercises

Wipro Limited has informed stock exchanges about the allotment of 108,098 equity shares on November 20, 2025. This allotment results from the exercise of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) by eligible employees.

Specifically, the company allotted 13,916 equity shares under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and an additional 94,182 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007. This action is undertaken in accordance with the terms of these respective employee benefit schemes.
