Promoter Ravi Todi divests significant stake in Twamev

Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited (formerly Tantia Constructions Limited) announced on November 20, 2025, that promoter Ravi Todi has disposed of 718,218 equity shares. The shares, each with a face value of Re. 1, were sold through an Offer for Sale via the Stock Exchange Mechanism on November 18 and 19, 2025. This transaction represents 0.46% of the company's total issued and paid-up equity share capital.

Following this disposal, Todi’s shareholding in Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited decreased from 50,227,716 shares (32.40%) to 49,509,498 shares (31.94%) of the total voting capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains 15,50,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, and Regulation 7(2) of the Prohibition of Insider Trading 2015.
