Timex Group India to hold investor meetings in Mumbai

Timex Group India Limited has announced a schedule of investor meetings under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company's management team will conduct one-to-one in-person meetings with analysts and investors in Mumbai from November 25 to November 27, 2025. A virtual meeting is scheduled for November 28, 2025.

During these engagements, no price sensitive information or forward-looking statements will be disclosed or discussed. The company also noted that the meeting schedule is subject to change due to exigencies, and any revisions will be communicated to the Stock Exchange.
