Shubhi Consultancy Services increases stake in 5Paisa Capital

Shubhi Consultancy Services LLP, along with its Person Acting in Concert (PAC) Brijkishor Trading Pvt. Ltd., has acquired 2,331,000 equity shares, representing 7.46% of 5Paisa Capital Ltd.'s paid-up capital. This acquisition took place between November 17, 2025, and November 19, 2025, via the open market.

Before this transaction, Shubhi Consultancy Services LLP and its PAC held 169,259 shares, or 0.54% of the total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, their combined holding now stands at 2,500,259 shares, increasing their stake to 8.00% of the equity share capital. The total diluted share/voting capital of 5Paisa Capital Ltd. after the acquisition is 31,895,488 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- Each.
