Man Industries inks Aramco MoU for Saudi pipe supply, manufacturing

Man Industries (India) Limited announced on November 20, 2025, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd. The MoU, effective immediately for five years, aims to explore the long-term supply of Man Industries' product range and develop local manufacturing capabilities for steel pipes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The collaboration will also focus on joint development of advanced capabilities, technologies, and resources to support energy, infrastructure, and industrial requirements across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the broader Middle East. Man Industries specializes in LSAW & HSAW line pipes, ductile iron pipes, and advanced coating systems.

Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, plays a key role in localization, supply chain development, and technology transfer across international markets. This non-binding MoU underscores a shared commitment to strengthening energy sector cooperation between India and Saudi Arabia.
