Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund ups stake in Mphasis

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (KMMF) has acquired an additional 3,255,495 equity shares in Mphasis Limited via open market purchases on November 18, 2025. This acquisition, representing a 1.711% stake, has altered KMMF's holding since its last report on March 3, 2025.

Prior to this transaction, KMMF held 14,394,738 shares, equating to a 7.5658% voting capital in Mphasis. With the latest acquisition, KMMF's total stake now stands at 17,650,233 shares, increasing its voting capital to 9.2768% of Mphasis Limited.
