The agreement for sale was executed on November 20, 2025, with the completion of the sale expected on the same date. This transaction follows approval from shareholders via a postal ballot dated November 08, 2025.

Godrej Skyline Developers Limited is a real estate company focusing on developing residential and commercial projects. Kesar India confirmed that the buyer does not belong to the promoter or promoter group.

The land was acquired by Kesar India in the ordinary course of business on May 09, 2025, May 16, 2025, and May 21, 2025. As such, it did not contribute to the company's turnover, revenue, or income. The transaction is not considered a related-party transaction and is outside any scheme of arrangement.
