Karur Vysya Bank completes investor, analyst conference

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) announced the successful outcome of its participation in the "Avendus Spark Annual Investor Conference" on November 19, 2025. This event, organized by Spark Institutional Equities Private Limited, included both physical group meetings and one-on-one sessions with institutional investors and analysts.

The bank's top-management team, including managing director & chief executive shri B Ramesh Babu, executive director shri Sankar B, chief financial officer shri R Ramshankar, and head of commercial banking group shri K P Muthukumar, represented KVB at the conference held at Grand Hyatt, Kalina, Mumbai. The announcement clarified that only information already in the public domain was shared, ensuring no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) was disclosed during the interactions.
