Gujarat Industries commissions fourth phase of 150 MW solar project

Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd. (GIPCL) has successfully commissioned the fourth phase of its 600 MW Solar Power Project, adding 150 MW to its capacity. This latest addition brings the total commissioned capacity for this project to 465 MW. The project is situated within the 2,375 MW Renewable Energy Park at Khavda, Great Rann of Kutch.

The company issued this announcement on November 20, 2025, referring to an earlier communication dated October 27, 2025. This commissioning is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The development underscores GIPCL's ongoing efforts in renewable energy expansion and aligns with its strategic objectives for power generation.
