Ester Industries promoter group shuffles shares in block deal

Arvind Singhania, a promoter of Ester Industries Limited, has sold 1,876,000 equity shares in the company to MOVI Limited, another entity within the promoter group. The transaction, conducted on November 19, 2025, occurred via an open market block deal mechanism.

Before the transaction, Arvind Singhania held 2,632,285 shares (2.70% of total share capital), which decreased to 756,285 shares (0.78%) after the sale. Conversely, MOVI Limited increased its holding from 5,828,645 shares (5.97%) to 7,704,645 shares (7.89%) through the acquisition. Despite these changes, the aggregate shareholding of the promoter group remains unchanged at 61,214,713 shares, representing 62.73% of the total share capital.

The total equity share capital of Ester Industries Limited before and after the transaction stands at 97,586,191 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 5. This transaction ensures no overall change in the total diluted share or voting capital of the company.
