Clean Science promoters plan significant share transfers by gift

Three separate disclosures dated November 19, 2025, detail the proposed acquisition of Clean Science and Technology Limited equity shares by way of gift among its promoter group. Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi is set to acquire 2.6m equity shares (2.45%) from Ashok Ramnarayan Boob. Nilima Krishnakumar Boob will acquire a total of 6.63m equity shares (6.24%), comprising 3.42m shares from Prasad Krishnakumar Boob and 3.21m shares from Pooja Vivek Navandar. Additionally, Asha Ashok Boob will acquire a total of 8.62m equity shares (8.11%), with 2.81m shares from Parth Ashok Maheshwari and 5.81m shares from Nidhi Mohunta.

These transactions, scheduled for on or after November 26, 2025, involve no consideration and aim to streamline the respective families' assets and businesses. The aggregate promoter and promoter group holding will remain unchanged before and after these inter-se transactions.
