The shares were initially pledged by Emerald Sage Investment Ltd in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as a security agent for various lenders. The release of this encumbrance affects the holding of the acquirer before and after the acquisition, with the total percentage of encumbered shares moving from 9.93% to 0% after the release.

Apollo Tyres Limited’s total equity share capital and voting capital remains at INR 63,51,00,946 before and after the acquisition. The disclosure indicates that there are no remaining shares in the nature of encumbrance by Catalyst Trusteeship Limited after this release.
