ADF Foods secures permanent revocation of Gujarat plant closure orders

ADF Foods Limited has received permanent revocation orders from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) for its manufacturing plants at Plot No. 83/86 and C1/40/2/3/4, GIDC Estate, Nadiad, and Plot No. 94, GIDC Estate, Nadiad. These orders, dated November 19, 2025, effectively reverse previous closure directives related to alleged violations of certain provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.

The company stated that both manufacturing units remained fully functional during the interim period, ensuring no disruption to operations. The permanent revocation orders, received on November 19, 2025, were detailed in two separate communications: GPCB/CCA-KH-39(3)/ID-25264 for the first plot and GPCB/CCA-KH-695/ID-43312 for the second plot.

ADF Foods emphasized its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and confirmed that the revocation will have "No Impact on Financial, operation or other activities of the listed entity." This development marks a positive resolution to the regulatory issues previously reported on April 17, 2025, and April 28, 2025.
