360 ONE WAM subsidiary expands into Gujarat GIFT City for fund management

360 ONE WAM Limited announced on November 20, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, 360 ONE Asset Management Limited, has approved the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary. This new entity will focus on fund management business within the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City). Upon its establishment, the new subsidiary will become a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of 360 ONE WAM Limited.

The decision was made during 360 ONE Asset Management Limited’s board meeting held today, November 20, 2025. This expansion aligns with the company’s growth strategy, leveraging opportunities within GIFT City, a key financial and technology zone.

Further disclosures regarding the incorporation of the new subsidiary will be submitted to the stock exchanges once it is formally incorporated. Rohit Bhase, company secretary, signed the intimation.
