Varun Beverages establishes new subsidiary in Kenya

Varun Beverages Limited announced on November 19, 2025, the establishment of a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Kenya, named VBL Industries (Kenya) Limited. This new entity will focus on manufacturing, distributing, and selling beverages in the region.

This incorporation follows an earlier intimation dated October 29, 2025, and is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The detailed disclosure aligns with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-P0D-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024.
