Tega Industries forms new Singaporean investment subsidiary

Tega Industries Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named Tega MC Investment Pte. Ltd., effective November 18, 2025. This new entity, registered in Singapore, is classified under SSIC Code 2025 - 64202 (Other Holding Companies), indicating its role in making investments in businesses, including subsidiaries and joint ventures.

The newly formed subsidiary has a stated capital of $100 and is yet to commence business operations, consequently reporting nil turnover. Tega MC Investment Pte. Ltd. will be a related party to Tega Industries and its other subsidiaries. The incorporation was completed on November 18, 2025, with all necessary governmental and regulatory approvals obtained from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Republic of Singapore.

Tega Industries acquired 100% shareholding and control of this subsidiary.
