Tata funds increase stake in Sudarshan Chemical Industries

Tata Large & Midcap Fund, Tata Small Cap Fund, and Tata India Equity Fund Multipartner SICAV collectively increased their stake in Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. on November 17, 2025. The acquisition involved 18,404 shares with voting rights, executed through a secondary market purchase.

Prior to this acquisition, the funds held 5,742,324 shares, representing 7.3052% of the total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, their combined holding now stands at 5,760,728 shares, increasing their percentage stake to 7.3286%.

The equity share capital/total voting capital of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. remained at INR 15,72,12,946 both before and after the acquisition. The transaction was disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
