Platinum Industries: Promoters reduce stake through open market sales

Platinum Industries announced today, November 18, 2025, that its promoters, Krishna Dushyant Rana and Parul Krishna Rana, have sold a total of 225,000 equity shares through open market operations. Krishna Dushyant Rana sold 50,000 shares, while Parul Krishna Rana sold 175,000 shares.

Prior to these transactions, the promoter group, including Krishna Dushyant Rana, Parul Krishna Rana, and Geeta Dushyant Rana, collectively held 70.99% of the total voting capital. Following the sales, their combined holding has decreased to 70.58%.

The total equity share capital of Platinum Industries remains Rs. 54,92,48,730/-, representing 5,49,24,873 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. These disclosures were made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
