Platinum Industries promoter sells shares, alters stake

Platinum Industries Limited announced that promoter Krishna Dushyant Rana sold 150,000 equity shares in an open market transaction on November 18, 2025. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Following the sale, Krishna Dushyant Rana's holding in Platinum Industries decreased from 25,292,880 shares (46.05%) to 25,142,880 shares (45.78%). The total promoter and promoter group holding, including Krishna Dushyant Rana, Parul Krishna Rana, and Geeta Dushyant Rana, changed from 70.58% to 70.31%.

The total equity share capital of Platinum Industries remains at Rs. 54,92,48,730/- (54,924,873 equity shares of Rs. 10 each) both before and after the sale.
