Olectra Greentech board approves key appointments, sets postal ballot timeline

Olectra Greentech Limited, at its board meeting on November 19, 2025, approved a postal ballot notice to seek shareholder consent for key appointments. Mahesh Babu Subramanian will be regularized as a director and appointed as managing director for three years, effective September 27, 2025. Additionally, Chintalapudi Laksmi Kumari will be re-appointed as an independent director for five years, effective January 9, 2026.
