JTL Industries finalizes ₹46.50 crores payment for RCI Industries acquisition

JTL Industries Limited has fully paid the ₹46.50 crores consideration for the Resolution Plan of RCI Industries & Technologies Limited. This payment completes the acquisition process, following the approval of the Resolution Plan by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on October 9, 2025.

The final 50% of the Resolution Plan consideration was infused and disbursed by JTL Industries on November 19, 2025, meeting the stipulated 60-day deadline from the plan's approval. This follows an initial payment of ₹23.25 crores, representing the first 50% tranche, which was disbursed on November 7, 2025, within the initial 30-day timeline.
