JTL Industries director increases stake with new share acquisition

Pranav Singla, whole-time director (promoter group) of JTL Industries Limited, acquired 500,000 equity shares of the company on November 19, 2025. This acquisition represents 0.13% of the paid-up equity share capital and was conducted via the open market.

Prior to this transaction, Singla held 4,888,068 shares, representing 1.24% of the total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, his total holding in the company has increased to 5,388,068 shares, bringing his stake to 1.37%.

The company's equity share capital, both before and after the acquisition, remains INR 39,30,81,630, comprising 39,30,81,630 equity shares of INR 1/- each.
