Insolation Energy reports strong H1 FY26 performance with revenue growth

Insolation Energy Limited delivered a strong H1 FY26 performance, reporting a 25.6% year-over-year revenue growth to INR 776.7 crore. EBITDA also saw a significant increase of 30.6% to INR 113.8 crore, with the EBITDA margin expanding by 60 basis points to 14.7%. Profit After Tax (PAT) rose by 23.5% to INR 80.1 crore.

The company's strong performance is attributed to the successful commissioning of its new 3 GW solar module plant, with an additional 1.5 GW expected by Q3 FY26. Insolation Energy has also initiated construction on a 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing plant and an 18,000 MTPA aluminum frame manufacturing unit, targeting commercialization by H2 FY27 to deepen vertical integration.

Insolation Energy commenced commercial production at its INA 3 plant, a fully automated TOPCon N-type module manufacturing facility. The company's expansion plans, including a dedicated cell line (Unit-4) at Narmadapura, M.P., underscore its commitment to delivering reliable, affordable solar solutions and supporting India's renewable energy transition.
