Inox Green to provide O&M for 5 GW of renewable projects

Inox Green Energy Services Ltd. (Inox Green) announced it will provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for 5 GW of renewable energy projects developed by the INOXGFL Group and KP Group. This follows Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) entered into by Inox Wind Limited and Inox Solar Limited with KP Energy Ltd. and KPI Green Ltd., respectively. Inox Green will manage O&M for wind turbine generators and solar modules across all projects.

Inox Wind Limited (IWL) and KP Energy Ltd. have partnered to jointly develop 2.5 GW of wind and wind-solar hybrid power projects across multiple states in India. IWL will supply wind turbines and provide engineering support, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and O&M for wind turbine generators. KP Energy will handle project development, including securing connectivity, land, statutory approvals, and balance-of-plant EPC works.

Separately, Inox Solar Limited (ISL) and KPI Green Energy Limited (KPI) will jointly develop 2.5 GW of solar and hybrid renewable energy projects. ISL will supply solar modules and associated equipment, providing engineering support, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and O&M for the solar modules. KPI will undertake project development activities, including securing connectivity, land, statutory approvals, and balance-of-plant EPC works.
